This new version is the opportunity to introduce the notion of white label in Intelligent Hybrid Mail. It is now possible to declare brandings on Intelligent Hybrid Mail solutions.

We have therefore opened this possibility to our partners on our PostGreen cloud. Many white labels have been created.

As a service provider, you can print the documents of your clients yourself, or you can delegate the printing to us.
Each service provider will have a dedicated domain name for access to the solution and provide us with a logo and a wallpaper for the web portal.

Here are some other features and/or updates of this version :

• download directly from a registered mail expedition all the scans of the proofs of receipt in one click.
• addition of a connector to a ChatWoot solution
  
• search screens have been updated for super-administrators.

One year after the launch of version 1.0 we announce today the availability of version 3.0 of Intelligent Hybrid Mail.
Our PostGreen cloud now uses this version 3.0.

This is an opportunity for us to review the elements developed this year:

A public roadmap https://roadmap.nirva-software.com presents the work in progress and to come.

We are currently working on improving the support that could be offered directly from the application.
The next step will be to facilitate the integration of Intelligent Hybrid Mail, for example by Document Management software operators who would like to send their mail automatically from our infrastructure. We will tell you more about this later in the year.

At Nirva Software our cloud instances are managed with Docker swarm or Virtual machines on Proxmox.
When you manage dozens of machines you need a to have one entry-point to monitor all the infrastructure.

Monitoring an infrastructure is not magic, you need probes and data.
With our current infrastructure we gather: 

• application logs (apache, tomcat, database, ...) with Logstash 
• host server logs (hard disk, memory, cpu, server login...) with MetricBeats

Our monitoring team use all these metrics to build counters, alerts and visualization graphs. See some practical examples below.

Apache monitoring
Using the apache logs you can extract an approximate origin of the people connecting (or trying to connect) to your solution.
If your apache server handles 80% of its traffic with connections coming from countries where you don't have clients, a simple fail2ban solution will probably be interesting to block this traffic.
The apache server may act as a proxy,  so a DDOS attack will also trigger alert if you monitoring your sever wisely.

e.g.: a test environment accessed mainly from France, United Kingdom and United States. Everything fine.

At a glance we identify which machine is becoming the bottleneck in the system and we can act quickly by adding new host in the network.

Conclusion
Monitoring is very important when setting up a service.
You may have the best software, but if you are not able to monitor it properly, then you will finnaly crash your system.

At NIRVA we have dedicated a team to control all our internal and cloud infrastructures. Every month plans are made to adapt the current monitoring solution.

This is why we decided to focus on setting up dedicated cloud environments for our customers. We take care of the infrastructure by managing the servers, and you take care of developing your business using your dedicated Intelligent Hybrid Mail instance.

• a swagger documentation
• a json collection for Postman

​Intelligent Hybrid Mail is a full REST JAVA application.
The documentation is dense and it will continue to growth.
Nevertheless, there's no need to be afraid, only three REST calls are necessary to create a delivery:

1. authenticate your user
2. create the job by sending the files
3. create the delivery based on the job
