We highlight for this new version:
  • Added features to the user choice management module for SYNDIC.
    It is now possible for a user of the IHM solution to extract data, to modify the choice of a sing e recipient. The history of modifications is also accessible.
For service creators:
  • It is now possible to use the data collected by the user choice management module within the services (to manage your sending strategy).
  • It is possible to check the absence of a collected value and in this case, take a default content (from a CSV or a PDF extraction).

We highlight for this new version:
  • new integrated consent management module for SYNDIC-type clients.
    This new module allows you to first collect the choice of the sending method for each of your recipients (paper sending or electronic sending).
Note : there was no delivery of version 4.3. Version 4.3 was simply the subject of a redesign of several technical elements.

We highlight for this new version:
  • Qweeby channel is now active.
  • backup channels are now available.
    For certain services, it is now possible to define backup shipments. It is now possible for you to define, for example, that if your email sending is in error (recipient's email does not exist) our solution automatically send the paper document.
    These backup deliveries are now clearly identified by a distinct logo in the application interface.
  • new presentation of the service options from the user view. It's now possible to identify an option which has been chosen by the customer from a default option imposed by the service.
  • Oodrive channel have new actions available.
Integrators:For super-administrators:
  • ​​Simplification of the management of the locales system, allowing locales to be entered in all languages from the definition of production sectors.

    • we introduce a new channel to send a parcel by courier to a building concierge. The concierge distributes the envelopes and then we collect the
