DOC'UP is a specialist in outgoing postal mail and one of the only 4 concessionnaires of the French post office for the sale of franking machines. Over the last 2 years, DOC'UP had diversified its offering by proposing secured cloud mail and email delivery services. The acquisition of Nirva Software allows DOC'UP to considerably reinforce it software and cloud expertise.
Nirva Software concentrated up to now on the large accounts and service providers' business in Europe. Its teams will now also benefit from the strong commercial presence of DOC'UP in France within SMEs and the public sector (7 000 clients in France) to market its cloud solutions.
The whole Nirva teams remains in place and will focus on deploying its cloud and software strategy with its ultimate vision to "restore simplicity in document processes".
