How to activate the mailing of your documents with a customised envelope.
Step 1
To be able to send your documents with a customised envelope, you need first to create your template(s) of customised envelope by respecting the two areas that can be customised as indicated in this template (A4 sheet):

Step 2
Connect to the Administration interface of your PostGreen account and go to the Users Profiles page as indicated below.
Edit the properties of the user's profile for which you want to activate the mailing of documents with a customised envelope (repeat the below action for as many users' profiles as you want).

Go then to the Library page and follow the instructions indicated below to save your template(s) of customised envelope(s).
You can save as many templates as you wish and use them in an automated way (thanks to the Categorisation functionality) or manually (by connecting to the User interface and choosing the template you want to use on a case-by-case basis).

You are now ready to send your documents by mail with a customised envelope!
